INCLINE VILLAGE, Nevada–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Kerrigan Advisors, the premier auto dealership advisory firm in the United States, represented and advised Sun Motor Cars of Chicago, owned by Daniel Sunderland and David Nocera, in connection with the sale of Mercedes-Benz & Sprinter d ‘Orland Park and the planned sale of Mercedes-Benz de Bourbonnais to Fields Auto Group, based in Illinois and Florida, one of the largest private dealership groups in the country. This transaction marks Kerrigan Advisors’ 161st and 162nd dealership sales since its inception in 2015 and the company’s fifth multi-dealer deal in 2022. As part of this transaction, Fields is expected to acquire and relocate Mercedes-Benz de Bourbonnais to a newly built dealership in Romeoville. With this move, the Orland Park and Romeoville Mercedes-Benz and Sprinter franchises will be the exclusive dealerships for Mercedes in the growing Southwest Chicago area, serving a population of more than 650,000 people.
